Christine Stadling –

A business-driven change leader 

Christine Stadling founded Find Solutions 2011. After more than ten years in senior line management positions in global organisations, she wanted to combine her strategic business experience with her passion for driving employee engagement in major change.

Christine started her career as a business and corporate lawyer. In that role, she supported the activities of the entire chain from product development to customer offering. She has conducted and managed numerous due diligence, mergers & acquisitions and other integration projects. In parallel with her day to day roles, Christine also had responsibility for internal employee engagement surveys.

As CEO of one business unit, Christine had overall responsibility for business development as well as the structural and cultural integration of the Group.

Christine knows what it means to be both a leader and an employees in an organization that is implementing major change - not least the demands it places on leadership and how to reach employees!

Christine is a certified coach. She has extensive practical experience of coaching in her daily work as a leader and also in the context of major change.
